Who Limber Physio is for

I work with people who want to stay active, move with confidence, and recover well from pain, injury or surgery.

Whether you’re dealing with back pain, a sports injury, or everyday aches that won’t settle, my approach focuses on understanding why your pain is happening and what your body needs to move better.

I have a particular focus on low back pain, but I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions for active people across the Kapiti Coast.

I commonly help with

  • Low back pain and sciatica

  • Neck and shoulder pain

  • Sports, gym and exercise injuries

  • Work-related pain and posture issues

  • Joint and muscle pain

  • Overuse injuries

  • Preparation for and recovery after surgery

  • Movement and performance concerns

If you’re unsure whether I can help, you’re welcome to get in touch before booking.

  4. A simple plan
We’ll agree on a clear plan that fits your life, whether that’s return to sport, work, or everyday activities.
